Strategic workstream (e) of the five-year workplan of the Executive Committee is to enhance cooperation and facilitation in relation to action and support, including finance, technology and capacity-building, to address loss and damage associated with the adverse effects of climate change.

Here are activities of the action and support workstream as contained in the current rolling workplan of the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee has been collaborating with the Standing Committee on Finance and the Paris Committee on Capacity-Building in the implementation of these activities.

The expert group on action and support helps execute the work of the Executive Committee in guiding the implementation of the Warsaw International Mechanism, as appropriate, in an advisory role.
