This document reports on operational and substantive issues relating to the work of the Least Developed Countries Expert Group (LEG) during the biennium 2002–2003. The document also reports on the four regional workshops in 2003 requested by decision 8/CP.8, and provides an overview of how the LEG has implemented its programme of work as mandated by
decision 29/CP.7
