Technology framework under Article 10, paragraph 4, of the Paris Agreement

Abstract
The Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA), at its fortyfourth session, invited Parties to submit their views by 15 September 2016 on the elaboration of the technology framework established under Article 10, paragraph 4, of the Paris Agreement, including the content, features and characteristics, the purpose and the themes of the technology framework in order for the secretariat to prepare a compilation of Parties’ submissions for consideration at SBSTA 45.
The secretariat has received nine such submissions. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are attached and reproduced in the language in which they were received and without formal editing.
