As per adopted modalities and guidelines for the international consultation and analysis (ICA) process, contained in decision 2/CP.17, annex IV, the summary report of the technical analysis of a BUR along with the record of the facilitative sharing of views constitutes the outcome of ICA for the non-Annex I Party participating in the process.
