Members of the KCI

The Katowice Committee of Experts on the Impacts of the implementation of response measures (KCI) is composed of 14 members, with two members from each of the five United Nations regional groups, one member from the least developed countries, one member from the small island developing States and two members from relevant intergovernmental organizations

International Labour Organisation (ILO) serves as the informal focal point to coordinate the membership of IGOs. Mr. Moustapha Kamal Gueye is the appointed focal point from ILO to coordinate the IGO  nominations.

Every two years, KCI elect two members from among its members to serve as Co-Chairs, taking into account the need to ensure equitable geographical representation

Additionally, the KCI establishes working group to support the implementation of its workplan.
