Type of access rights

 Process to gain access rights

NAMA approver: Will have the responsibility of approving all NAMAs for their country before they are recorded in the registry.

NAMA approvers will be able to create, edit, update or delete all of their country NAMA entries and grant access rights to NAMA developers for their country if they choose to.

Parties that have not already requested and received access rights can obtain them by having their National Focal Point contact: NAMA-registry@unfccc.int

Each developing country Party will be granted only one password and log in for this role.

NAMA developer: Can create NAMA entries and submit them for approval. They will also be able to edit,
update or delete the entries created by them.

Entities seeking these rights should contact their National Focal Point.  If a party decides to grant access to a NAMA developer, their National Focal Point will need to contact: NAMA-registry@unfccc.int to arrange this.

Support editor:  Can create and submit entries for information on support of NAMAs.
Developed country Parties and any organization (public or private) with a programme of support for, or of relevance to, NAMAs,  will be able to receive such access rights.
