According to decision 4/CP.8, Parties included in Annex I to the Convention are requested to submit to the secretariat, in accordance with Article 12, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Convention, a national communication by 1 January 2006. This report reflects the results of the in-depth review of the first national communication of Turkey conducted in accordance with relevant provisions of the Convention
