This report has been prepared for the seventh session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. It covers the period from July 1, 2000 to June 30, 2001 (GEF Fiscal Year 2001). This report describes GEF activities approved by the Council during the reporting period in the areas covered by the Convention. For easier reference, a list of reports previously provided by the GEF Council to the Conference of the Parties is included in the Annex A. These reports contain information on GEF activities in prior years
