The Subsidiary Body for Implementation, at its thirty-first session, invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 30 August 2010, their views on possible elements for a future mandate of the Least Developed Countries Expert Group, including its renewal and expansion (FCCC/SBI/2009/15, para. 53). The secretariat has received 12 such submissions. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are contained in this document and reproduced in the languages in which they were received and without formal editing
