Second multilateral assessment process United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland   
 

The second multilateral assessment (MA) of the United Kingdom took place under SBI 45 in Marrakech, on 14 November 2016. The aim of this session was to assess the United Kingdom's progress in implementation towards the achievement of emission reductions and removals related to its quantified economy-wide emission reduction targets.

The working group session (WGS) was preceded by a three-month period of questions and answers in the lead-up to the SBI session.

A compilation of questions to the United Kingdom was published on 1 September 2016 and was replaced with a full compilation of question and answers on 29 October 2016.
