Workshop venue
The workshop will be held at "Axelborg" in the very centre of Copenhagen, next to the
main railway station and the townhall square.
Hotel accommodation
The organisers will be pleased to assist you with your hotel accommodation. In order to do so,
you need to order your hotel reservation together with your registration. We have rooms reserved at the
First Hotel close to the workshop venue and close to the main railway station in the very centre of
Copenhagen. The price of one single room is DKK 899 (approx. 110 USD) per night including breakfast and
taxes.
Reservation of hotel rooms should be done together with the registration in order to avoid a fully booked
situation.
Welcome to Wonderful Copenhagen
In October, it is autumn in Copenhagen - a season which is characterized by the many beautiful colours. We
very much look forward to seeing you in our beautiful city.
On Monday, 8 October, the City of Copenhagen will host a welcome reception at the Townhall building.
On Tuesday, 9 October, the organisers will host a dinner at the "Denmark's Aquarium".
Administrative and personal details in brief
Registration: There are no fees to be paid by invited contributors to this workshop. However, to
gain access to the building and to the working sessions, you will be asked to identify yourself to the
workshop reception staff in order to get your workshop pack.
Coffee: Coffee and tea are free for all delegates.
Lunch: Lunch is served at the restaurant in "Axelborg", where the workshop takes place.

Dinner: Tuesday evening, 9 October, the organisers will host a dinner at the "Denmark's
Aquarium". Bus transport is provided from the First Hotel to the dinner venue.

Confirmation: While it is not essential that you book your hotel accommodation through the workshop
secretariat of JPbureau, it is necessary to inform us about your attendance no later than 18 September
