Report of the Executive Committee of the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage associated with Climate Change Impacts.

This report covers the work of the Executive Committee of the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage associated with Climate Change Impacts between December 2015 and September 2016. It contains information on organizational and procedural matters, including meetings and events held, and on substructures established by the Executive Committee. The report highlights key achievements of the Executive Committee and provides details on the progress made in the implementation of its initial workplan and in the operationalization of the relevant mandates arising from decision 1/CP.21. The report also contains the indicative framework for the five-year workplan of the Executive Committee. It concludes with recommendations to the Conference of the Parties through the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice and the Subsidiary Body for Implementation
