In 2016, the secretariat conducted three regional training workshops on the building of sustainable national greenhouse gas inventory management systems and the use of the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories for Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention. This report outlines the proceedings of the workshops and includes a summary of the discussions.
