The first multilateral assessment (MA) of Belarus takes place at the third
Working Group Session (WGS) under the SBI 43 in Paris, on 1 December 2015 after
the SBI opening plenary. The aim of this session is to assess Belarus' progress
in implementation towards the achievement of emission reductions and removals related
to its quantified economy-wide emission reduction targets.
The WGS is preceded by a three-month period of questions and answers in the lead-up
to the SBI session.
Questions to Belarus should be submitted via the MA-Portal from 1 to 30
September 2015. For Parties to access the MA-Portal, log-in credentials are required
