At SB 46, the SBI and the SBSTA requested the secretariat to organize, under the guidance of the Chairs
of the SBI and the SBSTA, a pre-sessional workshop before SBI 47 and SBSTA 47 (November 2017) that will
focus on the elements of the modalities, work programme and functions under the Paris Agreement of the
forum on the impact of the implementation of response measures.
The SBI and the SBSTA requested their Chairs, with the support of the secretariat, to update the
reflections note after the pre-sessional workshop.
