Compilation and accounting (C&A) reports
The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP), by
decision 13/CMP.1 in conjunction with decision 3/CMP.11, requested the secretariat to begin publishing the
annual compilation and accounting reports referred to in paragraph 61 of the annex to that decision after
completion of the initial review under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol and resolution of any questions of
implementation relating to adjustments under Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Kyoto Protocol, or to the
assigned amount pursuant to Article 3, paragraphs 7 bis, 8 and 8 bis, of the Doha Amendment to the Kyoto
Protocol as contained in annex I to decision 1/CMP.8
This page contains the annual compilation and accounting report published for the second commitment
period of the Kyoto Protocol.
