I. Review reports

The Compliance Committee shall receive, through the secretariat, questions of implementation indicated in reports of expert review teams, in accordance with section VI, paragraph 1, of the “Procedures and mechanisms relating to compliance under the Kyoto Protocol” contained in the annex to decision pdf-icon

27/CMP.1. In addition, the Committee shall receive, through the secretariat, other final reports of expert review teams (section VI, paragraph 3, of the annex to decision 27/CMP.1). These final review reports include status reports on the initial checks of annual inventories, in accordance with paragraph 49 of the annex to decision pdf-icon

The following review reports are forwarded to the Compliance Committee:

Reports of the reviews of national communications from Parties included in Annex I	Reports of the reviews of initial reports	Annual status reports of greenhouse gas inventories
Reports on the individual reviews of annual submissions	Reports on the expedited review for a Party included in Annex I	Reports on the individual reviews of reports upon expiration of the additional period for fulfilling commitments (true-up period) for the first commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol

II. Reports prepared by the secretariat

These reports are prepared by the secretariat in accordance with the relevant decisions of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol.
