Draft elements of the modalities, work programme and functions of the forum on the impact of the implementation of response measures under the Paris Agreement . Informal document by the Chairs.

To facilitate the relevant deliberations at their forty-eighth sessions, the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) and the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA), at their forty-seventh sessions, requested their Chairs to prepare an informal document containing draft elements of the recommendation, for consideration and adoption by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement at its first session, on the modalities, work programme and functions of the forum on the impact of the implementation of response measures to address the effects of the implementation of response measures under the Paris Agreement, on the basis of prior submissions from Parties under the relevant agenda sub-item and the informal note prepared by the co-facilitators of the negotiations thereon.
